Far as I remember NTR is rather small and contained to one of the routes.
Definately not a VN you want to go for if you are in it for that...its all about the rape(if the cover wasnt a dead giveaway).

well this game features some large amounts of tentacle rape so, if you class that as ntr it has ntr everywhere, the protags sister also rapes him in all routes iirc. Basically this has lots of rape going on
