I'm assuming you mean to ask if MCM told us what changed between versions? There's no exact changelog for what's new as far as I'm aware, though going through their bi-weekly progress reports, it probably wouldn't be too hard to figure out exactly what changed. If specifically between the 1.3.5 and 1.3.8, I can only assume bugfixes, since the update was released early to higher tier supporters.

Its on purpose, almost all of MCMs fans love it, at best one can hope for some sort of settings option in the game, but I doubt he will do it unless hes met with several requests.

Doubt it will happen, looks like bulge isn't dynamic and instead part of the animation, it could be disabled if it's still controlled separately as part of animation (think shapekey in blender) but not completely baked into the animation cycle as of the time animation is imported into the game engine, on the other hand moist is known of having bulges, they are decent ones, but he tends to make them quite "pokey" as opposed to being like seeing the dick travel up the body (like bulges done by animopron, guilty, hold), still, it's so rare to see well done bulges in games with such great animations, so I think it's best if you accept they for what they are, it could have been another lazy asset flip 3D game from scammer "artist" or he could have changed the style and started doing bimbos fucking BBC's only and no bulges, he sticks to his style and he does it well, it's a rare combination of consistency and quality, be glad it exists.
