There is some element of choices mattering. You need to make him pick the bully at the end instead of the main character, but I don't know how to do it. I cheated to get the good ending. It's only translated in one of the routes, by the way.

Tried it. That the girls are a yuri couple is mostly just for the story. The boy still gets all the girls.
