Kagura Games is working on the official localization, and as of last month, the creator said on his blog that he sent all of the game's current content to them so that they can start translating it. Judging by Kagura's history of releases, though, I really doubt that it will be done by the end of the year, so you're probably looking at somewhere in the March to August window of 2026.

Does this game actually have any anal scenes in it? I remember some of the old Yutaka games got mislabeled despite not having any anal scenes. I always figured Ota Guchi Field just had no interest in drawing anal scenes.

Ace has 1 nearly the start of the game, there are some unused cg where she´s fully nude that I guess were meant for the school principal, the dude liked asses, assholes. Shino mentions in the threesome scene having anal with her cousin at the end of the game, but there´s nothing.
