Oh, I remember a (very) long time ago I dled an anime based on that game. Kinda nostalgic, it feels like it was in another life.
Holy shit this anime was so boring and dumb to watch it actually infuriated me for wasting my time. I unironically got incredibly tilted just remembering it fucking exists.
It was forever ago, but all I remember is everyone around the MC getting involved in some drama or some shit and trying to involve the MC but his only reaction to literally anything was "eh?" or "...". besides him every character was as generic and boring. It was like they were trying to get you to deeply connect with characters who you had just met and had nothing going for them. IDK I'm gonna leave before I break down into a feral frenzy...

i wanted to like it, but the interaction just feels extremely flat. as if they're worse than cupboards.
people were praising this because it was apparently written by sca-ji, but that prose they're praising so much is lost when translated. what's left is... extremely... extremely... lame SoL. the characters themselves don't even feel like people. I mean why is Hinata very attached to the mc at their first meeting? I'm guessing this kind of setting is the same for a lot of vns in this era (2000s) and why they're... I guess wish fulfillment inducing? the mc is blind yet somehow he can traverse fine in a lot of situations. I dunno man. it's just BORING so far.

lol it's been a long while since I played this but I do remember this being particularly egregious
They wanted to have a time skip in this game specified as a "few years" with the characters in college, but they also wanted the first parts of the game to be set in childhood. If you read between the lines you can infer that they're pre pubescent in the school part of the game, but the way the game states it is that they're 15 year olds who's homework consists of writing an essay about why you like your best friend and to make a pinwheel.
Needs a PROPER walkthrough, cause i'm confused.
The link is about the original game (Footprints in the sand) and it is one first routes and Then other routes unlocking from the start.
THIS game have choices, and after two routes unlocked, and relatives after stories (2 Hayami after, and one Yui after), for now), the gallery and scenes are half uncompleted.
And after several attempts of changing choices, still no way to not get those two routes.
So I'm missing something, i think one route for sure (hinata and/or otoha) and relatives after stories.
