This game is extensive with long story lines and serval new scenes when the game progresses. New girls get introduced and options 'evolve'. If you want a quick harem this is not the game. If you enjoy with a long and good story with many hours of gameplay this game is.

The plot is amazing, however, it slowly starts... falling off.
Eventually it's just "do that afterwards do this and this"
I have no idea why we got to play as someone else at some point who is not only not our ally, but also someone who is against us...

One of the best games I played so far. I love it very much, although I am normally not into that BDSM-stuff. But the way it is transported in this game is really likeable - even for me.

I love the characters, everyone is likeable in its own way. And the story. is really captivating. A game not only for the one thing but a game to really enjoy playing. Fantastic!

eventhough the first part is completly without animation and even the later animations arent that good. the story and the lovable charakters really got me hooked. There are so manny things that are good i cant really put into words. Each charakter is awsome in their own way.

Hail Dicktator brings high-quality Renders with interesting Girls and a light story.

I have seen around 25% of the content at this time (with view on the quest-progress) and there where several very interesting situations and options to this point. Very most of them are repeatable or at least replayable via the galery.
Could have been a bit more variation or content in the single scenes, but all in all you are very well served here with different options and renders, sometimes animations as well. Specially if you are into (light) punishing and related stuff. And that said with only 25% progress.

It has a more or less interesting story that works for a porn game.
Let's say: it has a funny porn-game-story and charakter-design
Because i skipped most of the dialoges to faster progress to the "good stuff" i am not toooo much into the writing, but everything i have seen was well done, often funny, maybe not real-life-empathic but as i said before: it works for a porn game. Not too much, not too less.

It could be a bit more "sandbox" and less "story-driven" for my opinion.
You have to progress with different girls to get progress with others and therefore you can't just skip a single girl, but yeah, it's ok.
Especially since most interactions and progress is well integrated and feels fluid as a whole.
The stats with the different girls mostly mean you have to repeat some scenes two or three times to progress further, but that's ist.
There are also some options to lower the amount of necessary repeatable actions with girls you don't like.

The economic part of the game is only interesting at the very beginning as i can say so far, i had no money-issues since maybe 5% story-progress and can buy everything as soon as it shows up.

All in All it's a 4* - mainly because of the high amount of good, well integrated renders and the balanced progress-speed.
With a bit more Focus on the single scenes and a made decision between the VN- and Sandbox-Approach it possibly could be a 5*.

So, after all this time and playing multiple releases I finally thought to review.

Why 5 Stars?

1. The art is absolutely beautiful. The girls' differ very much and while overly good looking have still somewhat realistic proportions (I really much hate that more than half the games on this site have girls with oversized tits)

2. The different fetishes and sex scenes are great. Spanking, caning, humiliation, bondage ..... everything I like is in the game (besides femdom/malesub and sissification)

3. While the story is absolutely unrealistic, I think it is interesting and funny. It's not a game where I skip nearly every dialog (I often do that). I also like that the setting of the story is rather positive.

4. Extremely much content. It is seldom, that you see a game with renders that good and that much content in my opinion.



What I would like to improve?

1. Most important, the grind is sometimes a bit much. Be then and at this day there and so on...
I think, I would prefer the game as VN.

2. I'd like some male sub scenes. I think that some with characters like Sarah or Leah it would be realistic if the MC was a sub for a few scenes (voluntarily or as reward for example).

3. The animations are not that great. Still good but they have potential.

4. This will most likely never happen but I'd love to see Leah payback the MC for the chastity quest. Tricking him into it and have him begging. But well we all have our fetishes and opinions and it doesn't sits well with the MC character or the story. But you can dream

Still, the good far outweighs the bad in my opinion, that would give at least 4 stars.

5 minutes in, after having been told by the maid that there are no guests and having briefly visited my room, I went down to the lobby, observed the maid cleaning and was told she had disturbed some guests privacy???!?!?! How the fuck did that happen, as there are no guests??!

With this kind of attention to details, I am disinclined to keep playing and award the game 1 star.

A game I adored early on that has simply stagnated.

Too many characters, too much repitition, too little direction. In an ideal world this game would have reached a natural ending months ago. As it stands, it continues to treadmill in place.

Good renders, good characters, good(-ish) scenes. Just way too much.

The early game is pretty good, but the longer it goes on the more it's just VN with a lot of dialogue, "Be in X location at Night", skip day, "be in Y location," repeat ad infinitum.

It's been quite a few updates without any choices, game mechanics or anything beyond picking which girl you will cum in which has no impact on the game. The Love/submission/exhibitionist/etc stats of the girls seem to have been abandoned.

Gameplay:
Disguised Visual Novel
The game looks like a sandbox hotel management game. There is a money system, there are stats for the personnel, there are stuff to unlock/build. Well, it kinda work for the first 10% of the game, but after that, you are in a Visual Novel with a single path. You only choose what interactions you want to see first, looking at the quest menu and advancing in time if you have to. And you just don't care about stats and money.

Story:
That wasn't what I expected. This is quite a funny fantasy story, full of surprises and elements of role-playing game. Don't worry much about the BDSM stuff, it's not really harsh. But yes, it's harem male domination all the way (you're the only male there). Which makes the interactions a bit dull, as everyone end up being in complete love/submission at some point. But the author find always something new, and interesting.

Graphics/Animation:
It's top notch, and I really like this kind of graphics. There are many models of different type.

Sound
No sound effect, and standard background music.

Overall impression:
I like it. I'm curious to see where the story will go. Despite the lack of gameplay and real choices, the story and the graphics are sufficient to keep the attention and feed some fantasies. Good game.

The best BDSM + management game I played. Decent 3D models + content, and the UI designs are very elegant as well. A must-play game for every bdsm ppl! I truly regret I did not start playing this game early.

The girls and plot are amazing! You are not only dominating them through bdsm, but also developing romantic relationship with them via your charisma. All of them are really likable.

The author seems to update the game in a very frequent basis, so most of the time, there will be tons of new stuff to play. The story is amusing for both sexual and non-sexual purposes.

Good story, good artwork, humorous, hot girls, character growth, great sex scenes, and some great phrases/sounds I am starting to incorporate into real life: primarily "grml."

I recommend this even for folks who aren't into BDSM (I'm not and I really like the game).

Before we start, be aware that the MC will not be the only person touching the girls. It's never guys, only other girls, but at the start, the MC has very little control over it. Later, he'll get some more, and it's made clear that the girls love only him in that way, but yeah, if you're a Puritan who can't stand when others touch or even look at the MC's girls, this game is not for you.

Getting into it now, It is an excellent game for those who enjoy BDSM, maledom, lesdom and exhibitionism.

The story is good, and the scenes are great, if a little short. Luckily, the shortness of the scenes is somewhat compensated by the large amount of content there is available currently.

Animations are a little spotty at first, but they get much, much better.

The characters are a little unbelievable; while they are all lovable in their own way, I would probably recommend they see a psychiatrist if I actually came across them in real life. But that's not really anything new for a game like this. Hazel is the most normal among them.

The plot can be a little simple, cliche and sometimes even groan-worthy, like the unassuming nerd character suddenly finding a burst of willpower to cast out the evil within them, thereby saving the main character. I mean, it's the power of friendship type stuff, but that's okay; it doesn't hurt the otherwise good story, and it's not like any of us are here for the plot anyway.

Decisions seem to matter very little, unfortunately. They mostly just change a character's stats, which you can make up for in different ways. They add a little flavour, but you can basically play the game by choosing random decisions and still get to the same point.

And yeah, money basically starts meaning nothing at some point, but it's not like we're playing a hotel manager simulator here.

Anyway, long story short, the adult stuff and graphics are awesome, the story is good, and the plot and game design are okay.

The characters are all the exact same and simultaneously all over the place, characters don't change at all and mostly act according to whatever repetitive plot point the author has put into the waiting simulator.

The character models are nice but some of the renders have incredibly poor lighting, and characters hair is usually changed significantly when you get to know them.

Every girl on this island is a BDSM freak who loves anal, after a few tedious quests anyway.

I'll be honest, feet stuff and bondage is wasted on me but despite that the game is excellent. I don't need everything to be catered to me or I'll start freaking out. I like the character models, I like the story and once you figure out skipping time to get to the next event, it's super easy. Also, I didn't play the game without cheating so I don't know how the money grind is.

Would I like more "vanilla" scenes with all the characters? Sure, but I don't really expect it. It does make the bondage scenes stand out more when it does happen though.

This is a well made visual novel. Nice models, good story, inbuilt walkthrough.
This is a terrible open world porn game.
All characters have schedules. The only reason they have them is for you to regularly skip time to get them in right place in the right time. That's it - there are barely any open-world content. All characters can come to the beach, only one has events there. All characters can come to the cafe, only one character has events there.
Some actions don't advance time. Some advance them by 1h. Some by 4h. Some end day. You'll find it out after you've done the action. Enjoy skipping time to get to the other event.
Some actions require specific stat from the character. Some actions rise that specific stat. Which ones? Go find out! You think standing naked rises exhibitionism? Nope. One kind of spanking rises obedience, other rises submission. Why? Because. And those stat-checks aren't everywhere - some actions are perfectly permissible as it is, while others require you to go and grind a bit. Not much, but you still will have to do some legwork.
But there should be some nice porn after all that, right? All the models are nice, after all. Sure, here's 3 pictures, now keep running around for another half-hour.

I'm honestly not sure why i'm so disappointed with this game. Premise, characters, story... It's all good. But after playing through it i feel that i wasted my time without getting that much enjoyment.
Maybe it's just not for me.

I've been playing adult games and mods since I learned about them, and I can say this game is good and I like it.

One can see the developer definitely putting some effort on their game, and the crazy part is it's their first game and still in development. The save system is solid, I've yet to have a corrupted save file. Old saves are compatible with newer versions, which is a feature a lot of games are lacking. I've been playing the game since v0.55.1 and none of the versions I played had any game breaking bug or glitch. Only bugs I've encountered was when the game supposed to show black screen it showed a previous scene instead, and sometimes wrong character box narrates the dialogue. The soundtrack is nothing remarkable but gets the job done. Also, it needs a normalisation process because some music is too quiet while others are too loud.

Gameplay is your average visual novel so if you dislike vn-type this isn't your game. Navigating in given areas and starting quests are easy so you don't lose time to search quest, but it is too foolproof. The game has a call mechanic that calls a girl to one of their working places. The game doesn't have to denote this mechanic to start a quest. If somebody can't think about doing this after a couple of quest let them struggle.

Main story is interesting and enjoyable. The main elements of the story aren't something new but the important part is not the story but how you deliver it, and it took my interest. Some characters are fun but the game has a recurring theme of introducing an insufferable character and taming them to being less insufferable. And every time the game introduces a character like that she is more insufferable than the previous one.

Overall the game has some problems but still enjoyable.

First thing, this is a game that keeps heavily to its premise of male domination / bondage. Most scenes are about one of the girls committing some (possibly minor) infraction and being forced to strip, get tied up, and possibly spanked. There's a high number amount of scenes where the game is intent on showing you someone getting spanked 10 times.

1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8... 9... 10. Was that boring to read? I think it's boring. But spanking's really not my thing, I guess. So your enjoyment of the game might depend on whether it's your thing.

The renders are very pretty but sometimes the scenes feel dull. I'm 41% in at this point (which has taken a LONG TIME) and haven't seen a lot of animation. From the changelog seems like maybe the current content has some.

Also, sitting here from 41% in I'm not at all sure what the other 60% can be. It just seems to go on and on. At this point nearly all the girls are DTF and the scenes are mostly putting them together in different combinations and costumes.

Gameplay wise, the big fault is there's no way to play this game other than nursing the quest log. You do one quest, and the next quest says you need to meet Hazel at the Beach but only on Wednesdays, so you gotta wait around for the next Wednesday and go to the Beach. Possibly completing a couple other similarly specific quests on the way there, if you're lucky.

I prefer 'Sandbox' games, generally, but the best games of that type allow you to open up some scenes organically without constantly referring to a walkthrough or guide. If you tried to do that with Hail Dictator it would mean visiting every girl at every timeslice on every day, forever, which is much duller than just following the quest log.

A point of great praise: this is a Unity game but it seamlessly does everything I would want from a RenPy title: rollback, instant text, ctrl to skip, save anytime. If every Unity game was implemented this well, people would be less likely to freak out when devs switch off of RenPy.

I didn´t really enjoy it.

The story is okay it has some good moments but I was never really investest in it.

The characters are okay, but they look very average and I didn´t really care for anyone, except the uncle who I really liked and the MC who I thought was really annoying.

The sex scenes are okay they have good animation (except for the scenes which don´t have any they are boring), but they are really vanilla even the BDSM is pretty vanilla and tame which is okay, but if you are looking for extrem fetishes or scenes look somewhere else I didn´t mind though.

The music isn´t good but atleast there is music.

But the biggest problems and the reason I didn´t really enjoy it, is the gameplay the sandbox is really boring and isn´t really needed because thze game feels very linear you can choose which missions to do first but at some point you have to complete other missions to continue so you can´t really choose which character storyline to follow on your own unless the games says to do it.

There were also some choices but they didn´t really matter.

The hotel management aspect of the game is just garbage and doesn´t add anything.

I wouldn´t say it´s a bad game but I got really bored, but if you want a vanilla BDSM game with a lot of content you can try it.
