The newest update will not load. I'm stuck on "Loading Languages" with a background asking me to install an update from Microsoft.
I've played previous versions without issue.
I'm on Windows 10 and have deleted the registry files as well as trying to re-download from multiple different repositories. No luck.
Anyone have any ideas?

Search for "visual c++ redistributable download" in your favorite search engine, go to link on learn.microsoft.com site, download latest supported version for x64 and install it. If you have other games from Steam on your PC, they tend to pull vc++ runtime as part of their dependencies. I would not expect download and install button to work in application that depends on vc++.
You will also need Windows 64 bit version. Game can start on stock Window 10 x64 22H2 and Windows 11 x64 25H2 as long as VC++ runtime is installed.

This game is perfect in every way. The only thing I can complain about is that we play as a damn bearded guy. Fortunately, we hardly ever see his face.
one of the most clockwise updated games every 3 fridays since beginning, ( apart well merited holidays)

Is there anyone else forever stuck on BDSM-U arc?
Not asking for saves because it's plot relevant and can't be skipped, but it's such a drag.
Still like the game immensely and Hachigames one of the best developers of h-games with regular, consistent and bug-free updates!

I like how MC look, he is not another teenage loser or shota or fat slob, not some homo perfect model, emo or retarded football player/boxer either. Just regular manly dude with hairy face and arms. Beards are cool!

Even though it extended for a few updates, I don't remember it being very long at all. The time at the enemy's base was far more extensive. The time at the "university" as Lethe imagined it seemed pretty brief to me TBH.Is there anyone else forever stuck on BDSM-U arc?
