I do search for "Haley's Story," it says not there. Look:

I double check, make sure not filter out, but that is fresh search, no filter, except for Haley's Story title.

ADD: It is weird that if you type in just "Haley" it comes up but the title is "Haley's Story" that does not show up.

It shows up for me. Using tags mal pro, incest and pregnancy.

A rough explanation is:
Pre-patched usually means it has been moded with something like say an Incest patch,
Before it was zip up and uploaded to download sites for us to download.

And compressed is what it says... they take the game and use software to make it smaller in total size.
So its easyer for some to dowload and fits on PC's or what ever with more limeted space on there drives , phones or whatever.

The pre-patched downloads have the incest patch already applied.

Never having used the compressed version of this game, I don't know if that has the patch applied or not. So if you want the game with incest and want a version that takes less space, I would download the compressed version AND the incest patch. The patch won't take long to download and will be easy to apply if needed.

It should be easy to determine whether the patch is needed or not. You will find out early in the game whether Haley and the MC are actually twins. That's what the incest patch accomplishes.

Saw people mention that the endings weren't all that good. Thought folks might've been exaggerating but goddamn. Think I did every variation and none of them were really satisfying. Time skip and then just.... eh. Couldn't even get a double pregnancy! Which was just a weird choice. Still an overall fantastic game though. Actually felt like siblings instead of people just labeled as family so the incest tag fits.
