I wanna download the game but I saw the first few replies in the thread talked about some anti-cheat issue that attempts to read and/or write memory on all files in the pc, can I get a tl;dr if this has been fixed or removed? I don't think I want something like that on my pc.

Yeah, it's been removed a very good while ago. The latest build doesn't have any of this, you're fine.

Find 5 keys and find the exit door to win. The level and the items are randomly generated every game. I suggest getting the upgrades to find the keys first, since that's the main way to get points in the beginning.

the other way is after unlocking purification, you can get 2 keys and the crest and find the box with the medallion. This lets you fight and defeat the widow, so you can 'purify' her and win.

Definitely not like in 2D games. Much closer is Dimension: Apostle which good too, but a bit short and poor of animations (but castomization can give you a futa with a huge cock, thats a rare and fun!).
