Where are the settings files for this thing stored so I can manually set a resolution above 1200p?

Edit: And on second run it lets me pick a resolution when they didn't show the first time. Okay...

Defender doesn't say anything on my end, also from Nopy, and mine is fully updated. Possibly a false positive?

It's a false positive. The file is hallucinations_data/managed/assembly-csharp-firstpass.dll. It's a unity file which is known to cause issues with some av engines. There are some threads about this on steam forums of unity games

I know it's pretty odd, I would've preferred if the animator made it a traditional sex scene. However, I've had to settle for just seeing the dildo scenes instead of sex scenes for adult models in the past. Isn't this like that? As far as I can tell it just looks like a black fleshlight. I mean I've seen real leeches in person, the thing in this game just doesn't remind me of leeches.
