Seeking "Hands off" management games where the protagonist doesn't have sex with the girls

Lately, I've been turned on by the thought of games where the main character is around a lot of hot, sexy girls, but doesn't actually have sex with them himself. For instance, a game where you run a photography studio and hire different models to take their clothes off on camera, but your goal is just to take naked pictures of them and make money, not to seduce and fuck them (Time of Cherries, which I haven't played yet, but which has the "no sexual content" tag, is what gave me the idea to post this). It's okay if the girls have sex with other guys (or each other); I'm not specifically looking for NTR, but I don't object to it either. What matters is just the main point of the game is the management stuff (making money, expanding your business) with plenty of good eye candy. I don't want a VN where "the protagonist is getting cucked" is the main point of the story.

EDIT: It's okay for the game to have the possibility of sex, as long as it's avoidable.

The sex is poorly done and honestly not worth it but it is a decent management game.
