so my pc just crashed and then the game refuses to load any of my prior saves even the auto save. the files are still there and all but none shows up in load. reinstall the game doesnt fix it either and I really dont want to restart cause I'm like a hair's breath away from finishing the game...
edit: somehow loading a different save i got from here works...weird

Play confession game (visit church -> talk with Lisa -> "I've built so many desires"), then max detection and make her cum 3+ times. At level 3 maxing detection won't make the minigame end.
