Every single unity game does this in my experience, and most other engines these days too sadly. I think even if the devs don't choose to collect any analytics the engine owners still always try to get some

Yes, when you beat the S dungeon, there will be automatic dialogue; refuse to have sex with her. Then repeat the S dungeon two more times and do the same thing. Then go back to her.

The only indication of pregnancy is their last CG picture with pregnant belly and text, their models or sex animations don't change in any way. So I personally think girls are not pregnant yet or on very early stage, but it will happen in some future.

And of course they won't give birth, you won't see kids, et cetera. It's not in the game.
