In the Demo, you can do the following:

Level up your Handyman Level also known as Reliability to Lvl 5
Level up the 2 girls upto Lewd Level 2

You need to have met both of the above conditions and then go to the Bar and refuse to buy a drink, which opens the option for the Secret Shop which can only be accessed at Late Night for upgrades.

Not true, just they don't help in the demo. The auto worker pretty much guarantees perfect results and the lewd/reliability level boosts will be great once the caps are higher.
