Not gonna check, but this probably ain't the case. Check on XUnityAutoTL's / BepInEx's github pages for details and how to make it work (most of the time) with il2cpp.
This game triggered my antivirus malicious scan daily for like a week straight. Has that been corrected?
Considering it was something multiple users with various different softwares had already commented on several months ago with similar experiences, I figured there may have been something more conclusive either announced or figured out by now. For Unity mono builds, XUnityAutoTL will work.
But for new games with Il2cpp, only the latest BepInEx(Bleeding Edge Builds) will work since it's development is keeping up with il2cpp changes, XUnityAutoTL is no longer updated for newer Il2cpp of BepInEx.
Using outdated BepInEx il2cpp version will just cause the game to crash.

Welp, you are correct, sadly. Tried with the latest (#670) BE, and XUAT IL2CPP plugin and the autotl plugin wasn't loaded. That said, no crash with latest/older BE or latest v5.xx BepInEx on my tries. Simply just doesn't know how to attach the XUAT plugin.For Unity mono builds, XUnityAutoTL will work.

Still pretty sure someone in the knows would be able to change things up in the config files or whatnot so it would work, but it ain't gonna be me... (or either of us, I guess, lol)
(I remember succeeding in BEPINEX XUATing a IL2CPP one some time ago (~1,5 years) with a bleeding edge build, but I guess newer Unity builds/releases won't budge so easily)

If you are not using the dlsite version, then the save is stored on windows registry.

How did you get to 6/6 with the girls? I cant find a a way to unlock the last scene

Once you have a girl at 5/6 and maxed out, go back to clicking on stuff in her apartment. Also, make sure you have cameras in all of the apartments, and try to get all 4(?) images for each girl. That should help.

Actually, one of the few games with well balanced reward/grind system. I remember another game, similar to this one, named "NTR Legend". The game was fine, but the grind was catastrophic. Despite of the title, it is very similar to this one, where you make a married woman cheat. (in Handyman Legend you also make married women cheat). So, it is not a victim-ntr. So, if anyone is seeking a similar game, I would say Ntr Legend is worth it, but beware of, for my taste, way too much grind.
