According to others in the thread it looks to be a false positive.
Should be fine but if you are really concerned you should refrain.
I've played it and nothings come up running a full system scan just in case.
If anything comes up I'll post about it here.

Anyone have luck playing this on mac, wine or crossover? Never opens or only white screen, tried changing locale to japan

for second bar event first buy drink then say no to buying drink that will trigger event .....and it must be after you buying bartender for 3rd girl event
