Bueno, me da pereza traducir pero este es el archivo completo del juego, el de arriba me genero problemas así que mejor lo jugue desde 0 les paso todo, esta es la dirección de la carpeta.
C:\Users\(Name)\AppData\LocalLow\SupaShinKen\Handyman Legend\SavesDir_\Steam
les recomiendo que cambien desde Handyman Legend lo remplazan por este.

game still loads save normally
when i put save down here in appdata it shows up in game as cloudsave

I think you should try the registry, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SupaShinKen\Handyman Legend
