I find it weird that in the NTR ending, the bullies admit they kidnaped him and brought him to her, but they say it in a way that makes it sound as if she is asking where he is.
Could be they are playing her game to ruin their lives, or did they originally carry the protagonist?

Also, how abusive were her parents? She even had shackles...

If I remember correctly she did kidnap the MC alone and all those things was just her ploy to incriminate those bullies and the old guy for the murder of her parents which she had done. The fingerprints and all those jazz. She just pretend that she is looking for the MC and those bullies are just lying to do things with her. About her parents I forgot how abusive they are but I remember that they want to control her life and didn't give her any freedom that's why she killed them.
