I realise it's ironic to get filtered by the baby level but I can't for the life of me figure out the potty-meter challenge in the optional level. Like conceptually I get it, pick up the screw driver -> open the vent -> steal the keycard, but the exact order of operations is driving me mental. Can anyone spoonfeed me the answer so I can move on?

What part of it are you confused on? It seems like you understand everything you need to do.
Grab the screwdriver from Gaz
Grab the keycard in the toilets
Open the vent in the caretakers room and then leave
Walk past Mary and use the keycard

Sunk cost at this point. Too much money spent on this to leave for most of em. I subscribe to the "Pay once and unsubscribe" practice. But i doubt most developers on these games like that sort of practice.
