What a weird problem to have... If completing games is your priority, go emulate retro titles, they're much shorter and probably more what you're after. PS1, Game Cube, PS2, N64, all very easy to emulate.

its not the issue of wanting shorter titles its the fact the learning curve takes straight up to long to learn emulating games wouldn't fix the issue and would just make it worse the only time most people like me would have the time they need to learn those games is if they finished other games first. its a matter of the time it takes to learn the game in its entirety and how long it takes to finish it along with anything else they might need to learn along the way. for example terraria requires you to liveable spaces also last i checked if those npcs die your kind of just locked out of it

???? npcs in terraria respawn? it takes a while though.
