The new content is: Free the people at the playhouse as you normally would (a time consuming and annoying process) and then access the locked door with the keycard to fight DD as a boss.
There's a lot of unique scenes in this fight. Getting grabbed by your counterpart hero, getting grabbed by the boss herself, getting put in the null suit, and getting grabbed by the big machine that drives back and forth. Each of these scenes has a unique variant for whispy or sam.
The game over is the same for both heroes. And the fight is not that entertaining from a gameplay perspective, largely a product of the new combat system's total jank. Recommend getting money at the ATM in the hub world and getting to power level 8 so that you can actually kill things at all in this game.
As far as I know there's shit all else. Enjoy.
Next update to come out in 2027.

The quality of the scenes as always is top tier stuff. Doggie makes a far better artist and animator than a game designer or developer. TBH the gameplay angle is why we're here (I'd fucking assume) but also, maybe it would've been better if the dude just made porn and left it at that... We'd see a faster turnover anyway- But I suppose it's harder to keep up patreon revenue that way... IDK. I'm kinda just surprised this shit dropped at all.

If the ATM and Kawfee didn't exist I couldn't imagine actually doing this boss. Seems like you can essentially be 1-shot with the Null Suit shenanigans. Shame my save disappeared so I had to jerk off my E key to get 125 power again.
if there are, they're dumb as rocks for thinking it's a good idea to have one of the game's main mechanics changed 3+ times on top of everything else at an obvious disadvantage. If not, explains the delays and lack of general direction. Can't say for sure however.

125 power is craaaazy, I beat the boss with 8 Power fine by just spamming dodge and taunt since dodge deals damage now.
can agree with this, the new boss is a shitshow of overload. that wouldnt be too bad if the adds would stay down and or had lower hp to compensate their respawning, but the worst one is dd's wide spread "insta" kill attack. that on top of the mess alone is making it not fun. its like doggies trying to ballence around cheats and the coffee merchent because without either you wont do enough damage... that and the new combat system is just the turd on top of the pile for this fight.
this better be good if its just one update i swear to god above and below and even in limbo im going to crash out so hard

As far as I can tell the new update added one more missing person to finish the quest and one boss fight. It's a good boss fight but an underwhelming update nonetheless.
Unique grab attack for the 3 enemies (The Boss, Coffin Machine, other hero) and 1 "grab" attack for when you put on the latex suit if you take too much flamethrower to the face. 3 Unique defeat scenes (1 for each character and 1 shared)
Total of 9 new H animations.

The update is good, there is only one very small problem
the game over scene with the boss I would have preferred had a box where the scene is clearly visible.. Because in the end we all know that the most important and beautiful thing about this game is the game over
