Now, I swear I did see that red-eyed nose fellow somewhere in the files, but I don't wanna comb through it a third time cuz it's not as easy as I wanted it to be. Plus, I forgot to write down the file name that belonged to him, so feel free to dig on my behalf lol. One unrelated thing I wanted to mention was, and I'm pretty sure this was discussed before: has anyone seen where Whispy has a panicked state? Haven't gotten that far into the game so I presume it isn't used (yet). Not sure if it is still being speculated upon:

Lastly, the arcade machine. Like I mentioned before, nothing special or extra. Everything is here and accounted for, ranging from DD, his attacks, the roaming tank, the nullsuits and the respective attire for the heroes. Nothing extra beyond the arcade cabinet.

Nothing else noteworthy, but figured to share cuz I love digging through a game's files and seeing what else I can find:

There ever being a "DLC" icon for something like this is laughable. (not because of the content of the game, but because of the update behavior)

If you bothered to, at all look, you'd see that it has WIP signs around it, and the dev intentionally milks subscribers.
Instead of actually implementing a gallery, they're forcing people to download an update and search for the 1 enemy that comes in each update, despite people wanting a gallery ever since the early versions.
Then they also go out of their way to "force you to restart" even though you can just replace the save file.

I saw the WIP signs, but i thought that is maybe save error or just the game error that makes me unable to watch gallery. Anyway, i'm not really reading a shit about that game or watching updates. My deal here is download a game for jerk-off, i don't wanna spend hours for explore game. And yeah, thx for explanation

Depends. Talking to them is automatic whenever the textbox at the bottom appears. If you meant to get more scenes, you have to interact with something near them (the one exception is the first bunny girl at the funplace). Either by the tip jars, drinking the funny juice, buying Lucy's drinks, etc. None yet for the civilians you rescue, but I doubt they'll get anything noteworthy.

The interact key should be E or F, I forgot which one. Checking which one you have bound in controls does the trick too ig.

Ahhh i remember, back when this project was new, fresh and jaw-dropping (oh how i missed those times) there is an easter egg relating to the room with the bunny infologs. You can destroy the boxes to the right with the witch book and go into the void. IIRC it gave you a cutscene where whispy is in his "panic" state while in a closet.

It was a reference to the first game where whispy is chased by jessie(idk if the same jessie thats in the daycare)

Thank you so much. For anyone curious, there seem to be 4-5 new animations. They are short and lackluster, compared to previous updates in my opinion.

Hi all, Stan here to give a very short synopsis of the new update.

Uhhh if I'm being perfectly honest, it's not terrible, but calling it "good" is being disingenuous. 2 unique animations for the grabber, 4 separate animations for DD, a single animation for each variation of the brainwashed hero, and a shared game over for all animations, most of which aren't even that good.

I'm not gonna go on some long winded tirade about how doggie fell off because, we all know and have talked about that by this point. But at the same time, I really do feel like doggie has gotten complacent with just, making the game worse and more bloated with each year that goes by (because we get pretty much 1 update per year at this fucking point.)

I've said it before but this game really seems to be going the way of Bare Backstreets; an interesting and actually hot premise of a game ruined by slower and slower updates and a shitty dev. I really hate seeing just how far this game has fallen since I first discovered it five or so odd years ago (for reference, I made my account so I could check this game out. That's how much time has gone by.) Since then, updates have pretty much consistently added worse and/or more lackluster content, and going as far as to remove things that gave the game some personality, (the secret with whispy in the closet in the daycare that was a reference to the first game). Honestly I feel like it might just be over at this point. The next update is guaranteed not to come out until October or November next year at the ABSOLUTELY EARLIEST if you look at the development track record; taking nearly a year for some of these damn updates to come out and add basically nothing, boasting meaningless reworks to combat and graphics AND THE FUCKING VOICES OH MY GOD STOP CHANGING THE VOICES--

so, put simply, the content for this update isn't bad, but I feel like it genuinely shouldn't take nearly a year to add a couple rooms, less than 10 animations, and like 3 enemies that all behave basically the same as every other enemy in the game. But, what can we do at this point but wait until 2027 for doggie to add 2 more rooms to the daycare and an enemy that makes you shit yourself if you look at it for more than 0.5 zeptoseconds.

Until then, this has been your friendly multiverse traveling incubus, and I'll see you guys next time (provided we aren't all fucking dead when the next update drops)

Corrupt save? Bad data pack? Two of the most likely causes for a black screen, Hit G and see if that solves anything if not delete the entire install file and re-install it. If that fails to solve anything, uhhh shit.

Fresh download, G does nothing. I've done re-installs already multiple times, including just now. I even deleted the %appdata% folder so it'd make a fresh entry.

I'd say post your save, i'll see if i can replicate it on my end.

Only thing i can say now is for some reason the game just refuses to acknowledge that it's loaded in and doesn't load in the assets or anything. That or for some god unknown reason you have a driver issue with the game but it's running off gamemaker so i wouldn't think it'd be a problem but hey in this guy's coding you never know.

Downloaded the latest update and I'm getting insanely fast breakouts when caught by enemies. It's been a while since I've played but I don't remember it being that way before.
