Caizer must be putting in some overtime on Happy Summer... like an hour or two a week.

Well some stuff goes down with Rosie for sure since there is 3 new events but alot of won't really know for about another 8 days unless someone uploads early

first make sure you are playing the most updated version of the game... then just play along for a bit and it should just kick in by it self

Or he realized he went to far with all the side characters and needs to update Rosie (and Lucie) more often, but it wouldn't surprise me if all we get is her walking passed you in her underwear or something.

I agree his previous update i think he's planning to neither continue the snail pace and introducing the manager of the cafe after the library loli (Mika i think). Which maybe lead to other patron to back down on the project. More patron will leave his project if the wallpaper is just for show.
