Wtf with this game, so Lucy is gone and now I cannot advance on any story line? Terrible game design.

Try to go to Rosie room in late morning or early afternoon — you must return that panties.
And try to catch Lucie in the kitchen at day — she get to you medicine. Next day you will be fine.

I don't owe you anything, absolutely. Any dev don't owe anything to anyone - they always do what they want and what they want. I have reasons why game going badly, but even if there's no reasons - I do what I want with my own game. You can play it or not, but you can't be angry or even more so to insult any other just because someone don't give you what you want.
The reasons were clearly described in the post from which you copied this, but nevertheless you still think I figure this out only now...

I just leave it long time ago
I will be here as long as I see adequate people who have no right to demand anything from me, because I do what I can. If someone doesn't like it - leave it.
But I still try to find time to solve all the problems with the game at my own pace (Happy Summer Rework is coming), it's better than nothing (for most of players).
