(knock knock) Paizuri delivery here! I've got a boobjob scene for ya today. You may remember me posting a WIP for this scene some time ago, if you didn't though don't worry! I forgot too!! So it was a bit of a surprise to open the scene to find it half-finished when I thought it was more or less fully animated. I think when I do a large project again in the future I'll actually keep a word doc or something keeping track of what exactly I've done. haha.
As usual if you're interested in the roughs here's the storyboards for the scene:
After fully animating it the scene almost doubled in length, I thought the breast plapping went by a bit too quickly in the roughs. Plus it needed some more time for transitioning between the poses. Next I'll be working on the cumshot right after this scene... And also I should go back and check what other "surprises" I've left for myself, hopefully this was the only half-finished one I forgot about.
But anyway I hope you enjoy the paizuri, and thank you as always for your support!
Well at least he's learning from all of this when doing a Huge project, hope future ones won't be so long Cooking......Hopefully.

Seeing how it's now No Nut November if you're still checking up on my updates I can only assume you like to play on harder difficulties, or you're participating in the Non-stop version... But either way I've got another Dragon Maid animation update for you today!
This scene is the continuation from the last one I posted, the cum was really fun to draw as always. Fluids for some reason are just really satisfying to make (in animation and in real life). Here's the storyboards for the roughs if you wanted to compare:
The final product ended up being about twice as long, I wanted to have the breasts plapping a little bit longer. You may also notice Tohru's cum in the boards falls down more compared to the new animation; the reason why I changed that was for a better hookup into the next scene where Tohru gets that cum rope on her face. It just seemed to flow better this way.
Unfortunately I couldn't finish this project by the end of October but in all honesty I did think that was going to be difficult. But deadlines are a good way of staying motivated. And so I am going to do my darn best to finish this by this month, as it might be a fun release if I can manage to finish by the last days of No nut November. No pun intended. So I will keep working and try my best. And of course thank you as always for your support!!

I know I'm going to sound like a little whiny brat but he needs to solve the production time for each project he does because dame it's the end of the year and we're literally did not get any animations or drawings beside the Dragon Maid that supposedly be released at the end of the month

Small yap session, cause I have a credible perspective on this:
I get the frustration, but to be fair as someone who draws, it’s really tough to plan a project like this alone without an editor/supervisor tempering ambition.
Especially since I know degen is trying to make it the best it could be, scene extensions like this most recent update are necessary to not have the final product be really boring.
It’s probably an issue with the storyboard animatic not accounting for additional animation loops and enhancements. So like adding notes in the margin of the animatic would probably clarify the production timeline a lot more.
I do agree that giant projects like this should get put on the back burner and more 15 second to 1m30s anims for like the next two years would be really nice.
I bet part of the problem is that he's a one man army aside from the actresses. For short loops it’s already difficult but even with him using toonboom over traditionally animated something this long (and with such attention to detail) takes a long time.

Mhm. People on this site (and in general, actually) have a gross misconception of how long producing an animation takes, let alone a quality one. The fact that people like HydraFXX and Rescraft can create and release animations of such ludicrous quality in sometimes less than a month speaks to just how insanely talented some of these folks are, because that is far faster than normal. And that's for 3D stuff- 2D is a whole other ballpark. Just about all of the best 2D animators in the smut game take 4-6 months to produce a 2-3 minute animation, and often far longer. Degen here has a unique, highly detailed artstyle, so it's really not surprising that he's taking this long for what's likely to be a 2.5-4 minute animation.

I think they saw the K-Site profile being updated and assumed a new post happened. I'm pretty sure there isn't anything new and the update is just the November 6th post.
