Mind doesn't work different. It's cultural. Do you really think American born and raised Asians think the same as those born and raised within their own cultures? There are just as many kissless virgins as there are slutty sex addicts here. Cultural and societal pressures just persuade behavior differently. It's actually cringy whenever I see someone try to blend the two cultural behaviors together in their games but I get it. People like the cliches and stereotypes. Believe me, there are way worse games here around that dance around the edge of the topic you complain about.
I'm for myself are extrmely hostile about underage contend (I give a damn shit about this "It's just pixel not real" shit excuse) and hestitate not a single second to report content on patreon if I notice something here that looks fishy on this topic.

That depends heavy from the cultural and social environment.
From what I had understand, is the dev from japan - not sure. Things that look wierd for western standards can be totally fine in his environment, and the same can be seen in reverse if you look from the japanese culture to the western approach to certain topics.
So stop bullshitting around, and don't try to force your - maybe imagined superior - standards to other pepole.

Decided to reply to you since the other "veterans" prefer to jump on me like if I just commited a crime(even tho I didnt even offend the dev)
If you are also hostile towards underage content you should totally understand my reaction, im still new to this site, new to porngames, vns in general so im simply still searching for new experiences and stumpled upon this game by seeing pics of the game(Which as I complimented, look really polished)
And yes you are totally right, if the dev really comes from japan then the law and the crossing line between underage might be different compared to western countries
I apologise it might also be the fact that we dont really get an confirmed age of the characters(unless I missed it, which I apologise because then there wouldnt be this whole fuzz) I was just simply worried and questioning if the mods on here might support underage content
