Anyone tried running this in a sandbox ? Says "You need to install an app for this task" and doesn't launch.

Definitely hoping there's a way to carry old saves over, as I also had quite a bit of progress.
Probably a false positive, if windows said its fine then I guess it is. (If you feel like it's still dangerous, you can try it out on a virtual machine before launching. That, or MalwareBytes.)

I would trust VirusTotal over Windows Defender (it was good when Microsoft bought it, but hasn't been going great - the usual M$ trajectory). I only recognise Avira and WithSecure out of those engines, though, so could be a false positive, but VM is the way to go. Or check again with a different download, preferably on a different machine - hard to say where the injection happened if it did happen, and only 2 known engines caught it.
Total detects a lot of indie Godot games as the same crypt.xpack.gen so probably safe there

Once you downloaded the file, use the archive password Meruseru mentioned to unzip it ("digitalzone" is the password).

having only 5 out of 70 (and at least 2 of these aren't cloud based so they are using pattern detection) show a virus and the rest not showing anything is often a decent sign of a false positive , for anyone interested here is the

to the scan I did and you can see only 3 show it as malicious but stuff like google, kaspersky and even malwarebytes based scan show nothingO great save hobos of the Save Realm floating in the sky, grant us a full gallery unlocked save

This game had a long development that I never thought it gets completed. But here we are.
I dig the pixel art but dislike futa and believing the OP post than there is a lot of futa in this game so I won't play it but hey, credit where credit is due I guess. They finished the game.
