I have reset the elves routes and the mod says to buy them again but i cant buy them again. What do i have to do ?

If you used the reset route cheat you have to check your mail at the front door so they can join the hotel again. I'll make the guide for that a bit clearer in the next update.
It looks like whatever you used to extract the mod didn't extract all the files, or you put the mod in the wrong folder maybe. Make sure all the mod files were added to the game in the right folder.
I think Runey might have a bug in the game for that event, I'm not sure. If you can upload your save I can check it out and see what you need to do.
