It really is. You have to let loose your inhibitions and insecurities in order to write it well, otherwise it'll come across as either 1) heavy-handed/overcompensating, 2) awkward and unnatural, or 3) not going far enough, i.e. not all that sexy. It takes a certain sense of perpetual confidence and endurance that's a bit different than any other genre because of the stigma/societal hang ups.No doubt!
Hey, writing smut is harder than most people know! XD
wow, lol chill man. I'm just saying how I feel. I also never said all the dialogue was bad or anything, just at times it comes across as stuff a woman would never say.Okay, I'm a writer, myself, and the Adderall is kicking in.
So how would you write Ashley
And as the King of Siam would say, "Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera," because my Adderall infused rant is over. Time for coffee and a smoke.
I never expected to use my creative writing major in this pornographic regard.
Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as abrasive or so condescending. It's just the writer and Adderall in me going off on a tangent and idea. It's been awhile since I'd been in a writing group and this just got my juices flowing.wow, lol chill man. I'm just saying how I feel. Yes we fucking do.pretty good game. But, like a lot of these games the dialog of the females is terrible. Females don't speak like they do in this game, saying "fuck" all the time and what not. It's dialog clearly written by a dude and it's off-putting at times.
i clarified it a bit to not necessarily mean swearing. Bottom line is, some dialogue seems a little corny for a female to be saying, or even how they act at times. I've noticed this a lot in these kinds of games. This is just my opinion, and there's no reason to get mad at someone for sharing an opinion.Yes we fucking do.
Who the fuck are you to say how we do or don't speak?
Not ever swearing for irony, this post legit pisses me off.
People like you wind me the fuck up.
Swearing or no, you're still projecting your own ideals of a fantasy woman from your own culture onto other women, even if they aren't real. Yes, they are written by man, but they're written to be female. They don't say "Oh hey bro, you want a brojob? haha just kidding, would totally smash tho." That's frat talk.i clarified it a bit to not necessarily mean swearing. Bottom line is, some dialogue seems a little corny for a female to be saying, or even how they act at times. It's very difficult for a man to write a female, that's a pretty established fact. It should be no surprise that sometimes a female character written by a dude isn't going to always seem right.
Yeah, and that is just the sex scenes, you need a decent story too if you want to make a good game, and making those things merge into something cohesive. It really is. Yeah, when I was growing up, my mother could make a sailor blush.Oh, a woman could definitely say that sort of thing. It just depends on their personality. Just like how a guy can talk sweetly, a girl can totally talk more aggressively. I knew a girl in high school who joined the football team (american football) and swore like a sailor. Once she bought an entire pizza to class and ate like half of it.

Sorry, couldn't help it, some of the shit from that movie still makes me laugh.
George RR Martin replied:There's one thing that's interesting about your books.
I noticed that you write women really well and really different.
Where does that come from?
You know I've always considered women to be people.
Hana will definitely be getting many types of contentSorry if this was asked before, but are we getting anything with Maria's friend in future update?
Is it possible that it has something to do with this? How to trigger last (I have 4/5) scene with Nia?
For anyone looking for the new Nia scene, as far as I know it's bugged in the Beta build that was leaked.
Part of the reason why Runey dislikes these builds being leaked is because in general stuff just isn't working yet.
