An extra 3-4 seconds to be told what to do in 10-20 hour game? No one can live with those delays!

I stand corrected; I didn't realize that there was any barcode application that would execute arbitrary data that way.
Maybe if the guy making it pulls through (we hope), and feels like doing it after all that. That said, it's really not that hard, especially if you use the wiki when you get stuck.

The worst example is that people on discord are using them to scam people.
They will ask you to join a server, usually under false pretenses, and then say you have to scan this QR to get full access, and then that QR steals all your personal info, and gives them access to your account. Then they will use that to scam your friends, and so on.
Be very careful what codes you scan.

The release of them is usually tied to events in the game.
Complete the events, and the outfits should start showing up in the store, as each event is completed.

There's also the simple fact that all of her riddles can be found on the web through a basic Google search. In fact, I had already known the "Eternity" riddle years before HH was a twinkle in Runey's eyes.
