Ren'Py - Harem Hotel [v0.19.1] [Runey]

Game's good, dev is involved and providing quality updates constantly.
The girls featured in the game are full of life and have varied personalities, models are good cause they come from honey select, and the dev puts work to have animated scenes as well.

Good content, pretty long running if you read the stories, and even if you don't there is a lot going on. Have been checking back since at least V.0.2 (maybe earlier but I don't remember now) and every update is packed full of good stuff. I really like the tact taken with the character you get to name yourself, some very interesting and unique stuff with her.

Good looking girls with a nice art style. The individual storylines are fun, and unlocking different scenes isn't a total grind like some games. Every update includes actual content, girls, and gameplay.

Could be a little better with some features, spying seems useless a lot of the time for example. But overall an awesome game.

Characters are fun and interesting. Each of there stories give them a chance to shine. Besides that dont expect too much outside of a standard visual novel. This is fine because the creator is very focus on delivering a good narrative rather than creating new mechanics that might derail the project.

It has lots of content and that content starts at good quality and only gets better with every release. It has a good variety of girls and kinks. The only possible improvement I would request would be vocal audio to enhance the sexual scenes, but I understand that not being priority.

Definitely in my top 3, if not just completely my favorite.

The amount of content is amazing. The characters are great. The options are varied, and I love the BDSM dungeon. Most importantly, there is consent. I always hated rapey games. I have high hopes for the future of this story, and hope for more glorious lewds ahead.

Really active creator, cute girls, simple system that doesn't get in the way of itself, and believe it or not, clever girls that haven't been done before. Creator uploads really quickly, and doesn't take 6+ mo to overhaul the system, then failing to produce new content, when they're improving it, like a lot of creators do with Patreon titles.

Lots of content between patches. Titles are rather grindy but I heard creator will be giving it purpose in future patch. Characters in the game are given some personality that makes it a bit more real. Costumes given to each character change them slightly and are visually pleasing.

Still want a gallery so I can go back and relive some of those scenes though.
I don't like thinking about reviews but this is one of those good ones.

i played the game all the way to the end of current content, and i have to say i'm pretty impressed with the level of work and dedication to the story and character design I've seen. The character arks and events are some of my absolute favorites. The game does feature alot of different kinks depending what your into. And the character designs really do stand out. The animations are nicely done, especially for a ren'py game. Game has a lot more room for more content and improvements. definitely one to keep an eye on.

A very well made product with alot of content, concidering it's still in it's earlier state! It's noticable how much passion went into this work. The characters were intriguing and the scenes were very varied! All around a great game and I can't wait to see where this project has in store in the future!

Honestly one of the best Games i have ever played. The sheer content amount for a 3.5 is amazing i was able to get about 4-6 hours of playtime out of it. Moreover the Picture and animation Quality isn't bad either (Though the Animations are a bit rough around the edges). The only thing i should maybe add is that for any anal lover(inkl. me) there isn't much in this game as the anus is practically never shown. Apart from that the game is fair gives you exactly enough money to barley playing it which stops the player from rushing and the Quests and Story's are quiet diverse as well. If you want a Game with acceptable - good graphics with a nice Story line and you are into Harems thats one of the best games which i can only recommend

Found the game on 0.3. So much content for a 0.3. Really nice and entertaining. the characters are different and interesting. The gameplay smooth. lots and lots of different pics and animations. funny dialogs. can't wait for 0.4

It's fun playing. The characters are all gorgeous and adorable. I like the Manga style also.
But all this repeatedly clicking every "day", every day going through the doors ... it kinda is annoying by the time. And there are a some logic "bugs", where texts don't fit to the course of the story or scenes occur when not expected ...
But beside: It's a rather good concept – well-known from RPGs – of leveling the characters up. It's thrilling and I really like playing this game! Can't wait for version 0.4!

I liked it.

Graphics are good; some of the settings/backgrounds need polish but the girls are appealing and tits are what I'm here for.

Writing's good too; dialog seems a bit unnatural here and there but nothing bonerkilling. Scenarios can get a tiny bit contrived and finding them a bit obtuse, but I much prefer that over boring-ass linear snorefests.

The few kinks that aren't my thing were avoidable; think there were one or two instances of watersports and anal options once you get a couple girls to the We Bangin' Like Bunnies affection levels, both of which can be skipped via clearly telegraphed options to do so. On the plus side: girl-on-girl + MC.

<minor gripe> One girl is my least favorite archetype but has my most favorite kink. Whyyyy ;_;. Twin waterfalls of tears.</gripe>

This is a fantastic game and I highly recommend giving it a chance.

There are a lot of similar games to Harem Hotel, but what makes this stand out from the rest is the storytelling, the atmosphere, the lore, and the characters that are introduced. The game takes place in an entirely new world with its own politics, culture, and history that has similarities to our world. The story progression is very smooth and it got even better as the game continues. Similar to other media like books and movies, the story starts off slow but with the introduction to different characters throughout the game, the main story as well as stories based around a specific character will change for the better or worse depending on the choices the player wants to take.

Every character goes through an arc where they grow as a person. In the beginning, the characters might seem to fall under the category of a typical nerd, an outsider, a popular kid, etc., but the characters are realistic, not just in their appearance but in how they carry themselves and how they see the world. Runey has improved a lot of common complaints like how the player gains money with the addition of the bar and pinups. Many of the older events have been getting an update as well as improving the UI and animations.

An instant classic! This game is already better than 90% of the games here, and it's only on v0.2! The girls are great, good graphics, actual personalities, and the progression is set at a good pace. I look forward to seeing it get even better!!

That's awesome game. with so many different personalities, nice graphic. and each update is huge. it's not like other devs just add 1-5 scenes in month. we have 20-30 new updates here.

So I started playing this game a few days ago, and while I have not seen 100% of the content currently available (reviewing version 2.0), I believe I have played enough to form some opinions about it.

The game itself is very well made, you can really tell Runey enjoys what he does and is putting a lot of love and effort into it. There is a lot of content for being a very early version of the game, and it doesn't beat around the bush or string you along before getting to the 'juicy' bits, which I appreciate. The cast of characters is diverse and enjoyable, each with their own personalities and quirks, and their scenes are varied and interesting. I look forward to seeing where their individual stories lead.

The gameplay is pretty baseline, if even a bit lacking, but not enough so that it becomes overly bothersome. You passively generate currency each day based on the number of girls staying at your hotel, which you can use to order various things from your PC. Aside from that, you basically just spend each day talking to various girls. There's not really much thought needed to progress, which is both good and bad, and it sometimes feels like the dialogue options you choose don't really matter either way. I would like to see a bit more cause and effect, and maybe a bit more player interactivity in general, but it's not a deal-breaker by any means currently.

The scenes and events in the game are all very well made, there's a good amount of fetishes explored, which should make most people happy regardless of what you're into. The animations are pretty well done as well, so no complaints there.

The UI and music are relatively standard, nothing really stood out and blew me away, but I didn't have any issues with them either.

As far as locations go, I would like to see more areas explored in the future, as it is now almost the entirety of the game takes place within 3 floors of your hotel (excluding a few scenes at the school, the beach, and the cafe), so I would like to see the world expanded on a bit if possible.

In all though, the game is very promising, the developer is very good at communicating with his fans, and is receptive to feedback and criticism, so I have no doubt that this game will turn out very well as progress moves forward.

great game so far and its only at 0.2!!!!! its not plot heavy its got just the right amount of story to help with the grind,as they gain more story and interactions with each other the grind will become even less tedious so all in all its coming along beautifully and honestly i have huge hopes for this so if your reading this keep up the great work !! ps i hate the fact androids mouth is becoming erotic and mysterious just because i cant see it.....its kinda driving me crazy.....i bet shes adorable without that mask and again...im going nuts xD

Hotel Harem has a ton potential. Renders are good, characters actually have personality, gameplay is better than most of what's out there. V0.2 already has a ton of content as well. I'm looking forward to how this game comes along.
