I could find plenty of art that's too old to have had any AI assistance that exhibits similar minor errors. Feet and hands are legitimately hard and if you're trying too hard to find "AI clues" without understanding human process you'll just find false positives everywhere. When you're working to an actual production schedule shit slips through. Also those are reasonably stylized toes, chill.
AI generated images are getting harder to spot and the tells aren't consistent. You have to actually know how the AI generates the images and contrast it with how humans paint & draw.
