The context is backwards, and since we can't see what they look like at this moment, it makes it even more difficult. So, answer the opposite of they way it's asked. Actually, now I'm more confused. You put relationship and it becomes their nickname.
MC is Akiko's son and Aiko's brother. It looks weird but that is best I have figured after tutorial.
