I'll remark that these seem to be the "regular" version, the 500 yen version sold on Fantia/Fanbox. If you subscribed on Fantia or Fanbox during the release month or the month after, you can download the "EX" version which adds a few extra bits. Going off the description, they seem to just be minor variations on the scene. For example, the carriage one has another molester joining in after where the regular version ends (before she wakes up) and a part where Megumin starts peeing.

Unfortunately, it seems the only way to get these versions now is to join the Fantia 1000 yen plan, then pay 1200 yen to buy the backlog of each month.
