Hey everyone,


Just wanted to drop in with a quick but important update. Some of you have noticed there haven’t been any new renders or progress posts from me in a while—and yeah, there’s a reason. My main PC went down a couple months ago, and without it, I can’t render, can’t test, can’t build the game. I’ve been stuck. I’ve also got three kids and only manage to Uber a couple hours a night, so cash is razor-thin right now. I haven’t even been able to get the rig into a shop to see what’s wrong—could be a dead part, could be just a BIOS fix. No way to know without help.


I’m not asking for pity, just being straight with you. If anyone wants to help me get this thing running again, I’d be beyond grateful. PC is in the shop today. Still don't know if it's something the tech can fix, or if it's going to be a part I need to order. If it's a part, it's going to be a while before I get any real work done towards putting out another release. If he can fix it, I'll be back making renders by tomorrow.

I have remade a lot of things in the game. Adding things, took a couple things out. Tightened up a LOT of things... I'm working on a far better version of the game. In all aspects. Everything is being improved. When you get the next update, it will be the remake of what you have already played so far. With the changes.

Future updates from there on, will be the new content you haven't seen yet. So be aware of that. You can complain about it, but it won't change anything. I'm still working as hard and as fast as I can with the resources available to me.

I am creating two "mods" for the game. I won't be giving out details on these just yet. Other than to say, you'll be able to make your game FAR more deviant. When those moments come up in the story, I will make the mods. So for anyone just downloading my base game, it will be a safe adult game, with no weird stuff.

But if you're a weirdo... You'll be able to download two additional pieces of content... Depending on what type of weirdness you're into.

My PC is in the shop. Just waiting to find out what the exact problem is. Then I'll have to replace whatever part is the problem. Very likely the CPU at this point. Last night I got stuck in Sugar Sand doing Uber Eats and had to pay a Tow Truck $150 to get me out. So I lost a good chunk of money... I'm doing everything I can to get back on track. And I'm doing everything I can to work on the game with my OLD pc while I wait. So lots of writing, testing variables, tweaking variables, working on creating more interesting player choices...

The wait is as annoying to me as it is to you, believe me. But a lot is getting done in the background that will make this game 10 times better when you get the next release. So just bare with me. If you're not on the Patreon as a free user, I'd highly recommend it because I put out updates daily there.

Here's a look at the main characters... I can't do my AI post process work on them because my PC is in the shop. But it's a good preview of how all the characters have had some changes done to them. Minus Annika who has stayed the exact same.

I have a SURPRISING amount of women who play my game. I honestly thought it would be men only but I know of AT LEAST a dozen females who enjoyed the demo. I don't know if Envy is one, but the female in the meme reminded me of it.

Though currently, I'm still with a broken PC. I bought new parts, got it worked on, I got it back today ready to work, and something else is wrong. So I have to take it back to the shop tomorrow. Hopefully, it's something simple that won't cost me money and I can get back to work.
