Is there any watersports/urination content in the game currently, beyond the tiny toilet scene without any visible pee?

No. There was planned stuff but I've since moved the game to Unreal engine and will not be supporting this Visual Novel version anymore. The new Point and Click 3D Realtime version is far better. It has everything the visual novel had planned, and more. If you'd like to follow it's progress, click the Patreon link below.
