What's the difference between mtool and joiplay?

Just that mtool can translate. You can also use Maldives to play this game pc version. Just make sure to use the index.html inside content folder

I overwritten those already. As i remember, i played the game all on Mtool with no slider problem

I've already tried that but unfortunately that doesn't work on the milking mini-game for some reason even the left, right, and scroll buttons that u can add doesn't work on that too.

weird, ive used that function and it works just fine, just adjust the mouse over then tap+hold then drag accordingly
