US law is a bit funny. Consumption and distribution have different rules. And it differs by state.

A non-h example, would be california and their gun laws, because of that Modern Warfare 2 changed the names of the guns. And from then on the guns don't have their real names.

back when I was reading this using googleTL/deepL/VNR, I think I remember the bathroom stall scene with Yoru and why Hatsuyuki just barged in even though she's fully naked. I think this release is censored.

if I was reading back then correctly (excuse the poor TL back then, yes I know its bad) the reason Hatsuyuki barged in is because Yoru had drugs. why drugs? probably because of her performance getting poorer and she's hitting a wall or something. I think that's the main reason why Yoru isn't too mad despite him barging in the bathroom stall. she honestly ---can't--- be mad at him when she's caught red handed.
