I'm pretty sure she's meant to look the way she does. It's a look that stereotypically fits a woman like her, in a social position like her. The typical conservative and bigoted fox news watcher social influencer, who's more than likely had more cosmetic work done than some of the people she hates for existing get in order to love themselves. That's the vibe I got from the way she looks anyway. She's meant to look semi sexually attractive, but not enough that she outshines the other characters who are actually portrayed as being fantastic human beings with redeeming qualities.

Sorry for the somewhat newbie question, I'm still learning how to use Ren'Py games.
What is the difference between playing with the INCEST PATCH provided in the OP's post and playing without the incest patch installed?
Are the changes only in the characters' dialogues or are there incestuous scenes and images between the character of the mother (Anna) and the daughter (Jane) that are only released with the use of the incest patch?
Can someone please explain the difference to me?

been a minute since I played but I think it just changes landlady to mom not sure if there is any dialogue changes

It's not about Ren'Py, as other game engines use incest patches as well. It's about Patreon not allowing incest content, so any Dev who uses Patreon has to have an "unofficial incest patch" to restore the family fun times content. Some Ipatches are fan made, but regardless, if you like family fun times, get used to patching your games.
It just changes what you call them if theres a sex scene with your mother it will be there regardless you just won't be calling her mom.

Agreed. This, Eruption Imminent and Instincts Unleashed are the only futa games I genuinely enjoy and eagerly wait for updates.

I came here for the focus on futa on female as advertised. And that is what I have put a not insignificant amount of money into. If the developer went back on that, I would be very displeased.
However, I don't believe the developer would do that because Q is a solid person and set out with a goal for this game and specifically noted what the majority of content would be.
This is a futa game at its core. Adding male LIs for the MC would take a huge portion of that away for those of us who are here for a futa on female game. Not every game has to have male LIs. Not every game will have male LIs or leads. The adult game space is already saturated with male heavy games and this is one of the fewer good futa-on-female games we have. And I do not want to lose it. And if I do, I want my money back.

In fact, the biggest problem is the lack of news. it would be great if the creators published at least a little news once a month. something along the lines of "we're still here. so much has been done at the moment, there are no problems yet." or something like that.
