Hey gang, I don't like to come here due to the pirating, but seeing as you are players too, I wanted to address some stuff, mainly the Dave scene.
I feel like people in my community know this, but since you all aren't, it might not be clear. Dave is not going to be a main love interest. He is a fun fling. When I first announced Dave, I said he was going to be a one-time fling for fun.
But people liked him a lot, so I brought him back to the new episode in what I wrote to be a funny/lewd scene. No one in my Patreon/Discord complained about this in Alpha or any other version of this update.
When I asked them if they perceived it as NTR or cucking, they said no since they knew Dave wasn't a long-time love interest and you weren't with him romantically.
But it seems others took the scene in a way I did not intend, and they seem upset and/or don't trust me anymore.
For that, I apologize. The last thing I want is to make people unhappy. I mean, I make porn games; I want you all to feel good.
For the next update, I am changing the Dave scene so you don't see the aftermath. If you hit all the correct variables and wish to view it, you can choose to watch the lewd scene. But if you don't, you won't see Dave pop up anymore, and you won't know what happened.
I hope that fixes the problem for most of you?
The other thing is that people now worry that I will do this to other characters. I won't be.
I thought this would be a fun way to see how Dave has been doing since you left him back in Newhaven, and I thought it would be fine since you two amicably split ways. It seems it is not fine, so I won't be doing anything like this ever again.
