It depends on how soon you want to be a grandparent. A thot daughter would probably make you one sooner, while a gay son would wait till they are stable to adopt or not.
A game in this style but with trans girls instead of femboys would go so hard. The closest one I can think of in terms of graphics/structure is Hardcoded, but that one is female protagonist.
I believe the last update uploaded here was 11.5, so there's a good amount of new stuff

Gallery Unlocker + Some Fixes + Extra v0.12.4
Hello, I've created this mod to unlock the entire gallery (Replays/Arts/Bios/Clothes) and fixed some issues (missing images). On the gallery's main page, you'll find a button in the bottom left corner to unlock everything freely, without losing what you've already obtained. As an extra, I've also added more character clothes (found in the previous version) that can't be unlocked during the game.
I still recommend backing up your saves before installing, just in case of bugs. If a new version comes out, please wait for a new update.

Nvm, I found out too, I actually like Dave as well, though it's not really ntr as it wasn't like we were dating him but also the fact that he's not an option sadly.

Well you have the option to text him and keep up to see what's going on in his life.
I would say that's not really a one night stand thing to do (i guess he is more of fwb option and we know Dave had a crush on MC since they worked together).
That said i haven't played the new update yet, but i assume Dave is hooking up with someone which is up to him - but yeah the old story about said topic and all that.
Well i guess i start the update up and see what this is all about ..
EDIT: Honestly the whole Greg thing seems more like a gateway to show how Dave becomes more depraved, probably to open up the option to have Isaac/Dave/and some random dude threesomes in the future.
