After impregnation there is % chance for implantation - not always she will have a baby.
I played this game long ago but if I remember now - bathing will lower the chance for impregnation (EDIT) but increase chance of implantation (you were right, before I was playing on text hooker and had wrong translation).
Bathing, making laundry and studying (one option of the desk) will give you charm points (but not always! sometimes you need do do that 2-3 times for bonus).

I assumed the game wouldn't go that in depth, I was wrong.
For those who dont know theres a drug dealer that sells all kinds of pregnancy related items.

How do you access that? Some girl in the pharmacy mentioned wanting to find it as well, but I haven't found the location despite talking to everyone
this game is so boring.. just prostituting yourself pregnant so on...no story whatsoever
