Do you mean 'Rich house'? It is a scenario not an upgrade to hazumi's house. It is broken, not sure if that is because we insist on playing that mod with all the other mods or because the dev ragequit due to piracy.

The content saw multiple immediate hotfixes on day 1 and then for like a month 90+% of the discussion was people coming in and complaining about those bugs which would imply multiple people had purchased the content when it was less than a day old and immediately put it up for piracy and then these people are all pirates.

Can you tell me which version the Futa mod is compatible with?

Read the mod page, it should be compatible with every version but it just changes the Futa client not makes Hazumi a futa.

oh, the dev's work was pirated. I read that at first thinking the dev pirated works.
