I'm guessing you are asking because you want to progress Susan. The only times you can talk to her to gain points is when she is drinking in the living room. She drinks in the evening a few days a week, I don't remember which days exactly.

Hello Mr. Dev, I would like to report some bugs in version 4.2B that I am having in the sex scenes in Susan's room, MC's room and on the living room couch for some reason it is misaligned in some positions and the penetration area is also not being discovered!

The alignment thing, yes, is an issue with the old poses (the first ones I created). I left them as they are, but in the future, most will be created from scratch (in v5 or later).
Regarding penetration, it could be that the cock size isn't updating correctly (you can try moving up the day to save the change), or if you're using the standard size, you can try changing it and moving up a day.

Game seems interesting, but I'm going to avoid playing more until the jankyness with time passing is worked out. I talk to someone and ask them 5 questions, and suddenly it's 5 hours later and everyone is freaking out trying to figure out where to path to.

On that note, is there any way to have the auto thrust on and use the Touch (T) feature at the same time? The button sometimes shows up at random times, but I think that's just the dev thing (in progress dev, no a glitch as of now)

It's already been voted on twice, and this is the system that's stuck. In the future, there will be a small camera transition/fade, but the mechanic will be the same. Otherwise, it wouldn't make sense to have different days with different things to do; you'd complete one character and all of their tasks in a single day.
If you decide to improve your relationship with a character, it will be at the cost of losing other opportunities.

For now, it is not in the plans to merge the two systems together since there are other priorities, but as I complete the game, the sex mechanics will surely be improved and expanded.What bothers me is that a lot of time of the possible window to talk to women, especially Susan is that it takes a great while for them to move to the place they are supposed to be.
Even if you camp their next position you'll lose time.
I'm not sure how this could be resolved, but I agree with on you the point of the time transition being rendered obsolete if interacting with the women wouldn't take time.
What strikes me as odd though is that the time get stuck at 2 AM (I think) until you go to bed, then you can sleep until midnight or next morning.
The women also doesn't turn off the lights in their rooms or any other lights in the house either until the player go to bed.

These are small details that will be fixed as I polish it.
In v4.2, time runs slower, and you can speed it up or slow it down with +/- (Sims-style).
At the end of the day, the characters automatically teleport to their final position (so you don't find them wandering around at night). This same mechanic will be added later to conversation transitions.
And time isn't cyclical because that would involve a lot of mechanical issues. That's why it stops at 11:59 PM, to give you time to decide what to do for now.
Susan also its easier to chat after the first few grinds.
And the points work a little differently now. With conversations, you can earn up to a maximum of 50 points, and only 25 per day. After that, you can earn points with kisses, for example, or with orgasms, 5 points each, with no limits.
Unfortunately, I don't enjoy it the same way you do
. I see it more mechanically (and not the mechanical way I'd like).

Too small world with too small cast. Scant environmental and interactive variety. Already feels repetitive and stale by the start of day 2.
Give it time!
It's just a demo and this developer compared to others have a much shorter* update cycle than others.
