At first glance, this seemed like a game I'd really enjoy, but I kept running into bugs and eventually just gave up on the whole thing.
First, the game wouldn't start at all. It threw up an error message, saying these was a function missing from kernel32.dll.
The compressed version seemed to work just fine, until I reached the first sex scene and the animations wouldn't play. The only way to fix it was by downloading the uncompressed version again and copying the 'movies' folder from that into the compressed version.
After that, I played up to the minotaur boss, when I noticed that the quest description was just a default string (and this is one of the main quests). Then I backed out of the quest log and the game crashed because of an error in one of the JSON files.
Luckily, I'd already saved after the boss, so I didn't lose too much progress. A little bit later, I discovered that the south exit out of town had opened, so I decided to explore it even though the plot hadn't directed me there yet. That was a mistake, because I reached the checkpoint and spoke to the guard next to it. He told me to go away, at which point the game froze. I think the MC was trying to take a step backwards, but there was a tree in the way, which caused an inescapable loop. I couldn't even open the emergency menu.
That was when I decided to give up. Again, the last save wasn't that far back, but it seemed like the bugs were just gonna keep coming.
