VN - Ren'Py - Healslut [v0.99c] [Davie Zwei]

Awesome game. I love it.
I'm a bit skeptical at first even though I liked the premise because base on the description and screenshot it look like you're going to play as a Slut and being forced to fuck everyone, getting blackmail, rape, humiliation...etc like a load of games feature female protagonist out there. That is a deal breaker for me but thanks god you can avoid all of that.
One thing I really liked is the choice system. You can avoid sex with anyone you don't want to or be a total slut and sex your way through the story its all up to you. You can complete abandoned a character, replace them with different character. Many choice affect the story progression There is many different way to solve a "quest" based on your decision.
The story also have many twist to make it interesting.
I understand that there is futa,trans, gay....etc content and many people don't like it me included but again you can choose to avoid all that if that is not your thing.
The wiritng, character model, render, sound all look great

I really like the gender bender aspect of it and how it explores how someone might fall into their desires. So far it has definitely piqued my interest. I think that the finished product will be wonderful.

This game is great - the story is fantastic, and there are interesting branching paths that give the players tons of options. The scenes are great especially the 'free use' path. This is definitely worth checking out and one of the few games I have supported on Patreon.

This game... THIS GAME!

I've played thu and thru on my first runs, nearly a year ago.
Literally, I just couldn't stop reading (and English isn't my first language). Every single damn dialog is incredible. Fun to hilarious, silly to absurd, smart to profound. Wejit can stab your tits with a rusty dagger, or stab your heart with a comeback.

Now I went again to run the game, this time doing small things I didn't do the other time (mostly because kink tastes), and I'm astounded again... no, even more.
Taking different paths to "see what happens" just changed everything (plus, there's literally more content now).
As somebody said, this is a damned rollercoaster: you go from a raging boner, to shed tears, and I doesn't even matters.
Dave is stuffing love (true love, not the stupid "waifu" concept so overdone) into a porn/erotic game, and I couldn't think on anything more difficult, considering the wording (stuffing, love... you get it)

The characters. The characters!
I'm not sure if it's intentional, if I'm reading in-between lines too much, if Dave is a psy-fucker, if he's a genuine empath or what... but seriously, there's some unbelievable depth work on personalities.

Kayden:
A true son of a bitch, both in a good and bad sense.
You hate him, you love him, and you hate him again, just to fall for it and understand him, and love him again-again.
As most manipulators (good or bad), you never get to see him for who/what he really is... until is broken. Drunk, badly wounded, whatever. That's when we get to understand him.

Panki:
Everyone loves her, it's impossible not to.
But... yeah, "she drunk. And scary".
Were the more obvious character concept lies (the half-demon struggling with inner potential evil) is were there is NOT the real concept.
I haven't played much with her, but given certain conditions and paths... she's not that good. And not because she's a demon... but because her personality, aside of any racial cliché (her "explosion" when she shows her ugly side... applause)

Lel:
Not a big fan of her, but after some runs, it becomes interesting.
Again, Dave makes a flawless work of doing the usual "growing in confidence character", with some small twists here and there.
I guessed she was "you know who" on the first try, but the little slip she does in a specific dialog that lets us guess who she is in RL... top notch.

Wejit/Ooyum:
Honestly, I know almost nothing about Ooyum, because I find impossible to quit Wejit.
To make us feel that kind of empathy for a game character that is a lecherous wrinkled/burned goblin (of all things!)... damn. Just that.

Roopah:
just our classic futa-dommy orc (Kayden might say Orquette?).
But not so classic.
The twists and turns on his back-and-forth relationship "issues", is exactly opposite to her seemingly dommy straightfordwardness (take that!). This can be appreciated more when taking certain... sinuous path decisions.
The more you push, the more she runds. The more you run, the more she follows.
She's a walking contradiction, and, after finally understanding this, I realized that is exactly what Kayden hints at the very beginning.
Hats off, man.

I could keep writing about this game for pages, but this has become a wall-text enough.
Suffice to say:
give it a try, choosing your kinks for the fap if you need to.
And then try the other options, just for the fun.
It's a type of game that, while each run is separated, it lets you see the whole picture, and understand more about everything.

This is a excellent game with great renders and a great story. i really like how the divergence in this story actually matters. I cannot wait for more and i hope this game continues because it is amazing.

Unusual concept for an adult VN with high attention to detail. Art is great with a distinct style.

A variety of choices influence the scenes available to players and how the main character looks, what abilities they have, their role in the group, and even what clothes they wear. There are significantly different paths and alternate solutions to situations. So, the game has RPG elements that reward trying different approaches.

This game is story-heavy with porn and sexy situations as part of the journey. The world building on MMO tropes is pretty good, too.

I'm a big fan of futanari, a really big fan. So being able to play as one is nice. That being said, this game isn't perfect. It has some touchy subjects in the story, and some characters that really rub me the wrong way. That being said, it's got some decent art, hot kinky stuff and some funny moments. Not much else to say for now, looking forward to see where this goes in the future. 4/5 just let me have a fkin harem worshipping my girl-cock dammit

Very much enjoyed this game. It has a lot of comedy relief. The choices you make do change the game drastically.. You can play it as a genderbender/transformation if you like or chose not too. Dialog is will done. graphics look good. The story is good.

I'm looking forward for continuations of the game, to see where it goes.

Excellent renderings, not a stat grinder, and dialog is not MTL. The trapped in a VR game trope gets a pass, I focused on polished gameplay and a fun story. This is one of the more promising games on the site, imo.

At the beginning I was a bit unsure if this game might be good, but after a few updates I do like it more and more. The graphic is appealing, the characters become more and more defined. I do like the possibilities to develop the MC after my liking. Anyway the game is very good, and i am looking forward to see many more updates...

Immediate mixture of SAO and S1 of Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon. Very good writing and characterization, the moment I finished my playthrough as a guy I started another as a girl. Some may find it too wordy with a lack of obvious, cheesy sexual interactions, but personally I think that's how it should be. If you just want sex scenes why play a game for it? The plot is basically nonsense a la SAO but really includes a level of depth you'd only be able to portray as an indie dev I think - there's much more reliance behind the basic understandings of game development vs something like SAO, which is meant to appeal to the masses. Most of all it's just plain fun, overall very enjoyable and refreshing, with more RPG-type elements than you'd expect. As someone that can get pretty picky on these types of games, I was very happy I found this one. This game seems really underrated so far, was surprised to see the lack of patreon subs and I plan to contribute.

As critique, I'd recommend the dev checking out Hai to Gensou no Grimgar. The level of grittiness would be very welcome here.

Amazing renders, and character designs. Gender of choice, which means I can finally have a lesbian harem.
MC is beautiful.
The plot is dumb and fun, no much more I can tell about it.
Only downsize, is how forced most choices are outside of porn and romance (I know it's basically just a porn game and all, but c'mon)). I mean, MC is useless, basically, and not by choice, I love her, and she deserves better treatment from the writer.
All and all, it's a really fun game, with amazing art, and an even more amazing goblin friend (best friend btw).

Sorry to admit, but on this site, the games I really like can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Healslut is just like that. With each update, I enjoy this game more and more. There are several reasons.
First, the characters. The dev really has the talent to create likeble and deep characters with whom it's interesting to communicate, joke and romance. And I'm not talking about their background, cause there is not much to be said now, I'm talking about their personalities. Even 1minute imp from dungeon have more of it than some MC from other popular games here. Hell, I think this is the only game where I seriously consider more than one walkthrough and one love interest, because I like Lel, Harmony, Roopah and even Jane at some point had my attention. And of course my half-demon waifu Panki (God, she's sho adorable).

Secondly, it's the variability and choice. Here, first of all, I'm talking about romance. This is not a harem game. Although the elements are still present on certain paths, so as I've already said, I'm considering several walkthroughs. For example, the main one for a female where I'm exclusive with Panki and an additional one with Harmony mistress. The second is Panki+Lel. And for fun, these are the same paths, only for a futa (must admit Sparkle looks hot with muscles). Even the Roopah path looks interesting.
It also depends on you directly or indirectly who'll be in the group, who'll survive and who'll die. No pressure at all.

The dialogues are hillarious. I can't say that the story itself is amazing, but the characters save the day. I'm not an expert on graphics, but I love how the they look here, so I think it's a matter of taste.

To sum up, I can say that those who want to avoid straight content when playing as a female protagonist - feel free to play. Those who love games in a playful RPG theme - feel free to play. Those who like interesting characters for different tastes - well, you know.

I personally will look forward to the next updates and hope that the game continues to be as effortlessly light and funny.

For a game this late in development there are hardly any lewd scenes at all, wouldn't have said I got more than 10 by the time I got to the end.
Also, holy heck but there is a ton of dialogue. So so much to read, which has nothing to do with the lewd content either; it's just background info dumping constantly.
And finally, my biggest gripe is the switch from 3rd person to 2nd person during the lewd scenes.
So, on the rare occasion you do get a lewd scene, you're instantly annoyed about it because the game inexplicably shifts to 2nd person.
Unless the player is in a game with a great character creator and a very fluid and option laden story, 2nd person can fuck right off. Always. Because even in that extremely rare situation, 1st or 3rd person would still almost certainly be better.
The one star I do give is for the hot renders.

Great, funny, fun, sexy empathic game about a Sheldon type nerd who VR inhabits a female form and learns to trust others and himself. There is clever use of the VN mechanics like rewinding and choices. Not all the narrators are trustworthy, or are they?

Story is certainly the best thing about this game with quite a lot of meaningful choices to be made. Sex scenes, on the other hand, weren't its strong part. Sure, having a nice story is good, but what I expect the most out of a lewd game is good sex scenes and I didn't find the ones here good enough.

A uniquely high-quality and cleverly written piece.

The art has a very distinct style, and there is a wealth of it, with a surprising score of characters of great variety. The writing is sharp, peppered with light but well-executed humor.


The amount of choices are surprising and welcome. The story seems to diverge impressively based on choices; after a few playthroughs I'm still stumbling into unseen content.

Always very excited to see how this story is expanded upon, as well as find new story hooks.

This game has great potential. In my sincere opinion, the story is good, but the renders are little regular in quality. Speaking with construtive criticism, the renders could have a little more final quality, following the same quality of the story.

What I mean with more final quality is more immersion on the images and more "takes" per scenes, because some scenes has few images per take scenes. Details is the key for a good book or game.

This game had me save scumming, a lot. And I see that as a good thing. It means that the characters feel like they have weight to them. You like them, love then, dislike or hate them. Now what I call save scumming and what you call save scumming might be two different things. For me when it comes to Ren'py VNs it's when I feel the need to save at every choice just in case it comes to bite me in the ass three hours down the line.

However, I rarely, like once or twice, loaded an old save and one of those times was coming back to the game.

The story of the game is top notch. It is interesting and enticing. You can really tell that the game developer knows and enjoys MMOs or at least in practice. The story does remind me of SAO Alicization in the likeness of world building, but not the actual plot. There is good humor to the game/story as well. Hell, the title of the damn thing is MMO joke lingo.

I went into this game honestly expecting a lot more sexual acts "forced" upon Sparkles due to her abilities, but I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Haha, in my weekly DnD game we always make the joke that when someone casts cure wounds on themselves that they are touching themselves. "I'm going to run over here out of the line of fire and touch myself." *casts cure wounds* So this game feeds right into that.

I don't really have any complaints about this game, other than some of the lengthy NPC dialog can start to drag after a while, see the buying fish at the docks scene. I like how the MC started out, very anti-social, very plain, very nerdy and cynical about the world. At the same time though I love how Sparkles is portrayed and with the talk of the game changing the person playing I think it's a great idea and look forward to seeing the changes in MC along the way.

I had seen this game listed on the latest updates page for it's last two updates and I never really gave it a chance. Not sure what to expect or if it would be something that I liked. Again going back to my original expectations for it. Now though, I am happy to say that I will be keeping a close eye on the game as it progresses and looking forward to seeing the updates to follow.
