Yes, "losing parents" is commonly understood as both parents being dead. However, I'd say, there's still a possibility that MC has not been told the complete truth about his parents. There's a chance that he was abandoned by one or both of his parents, and hence to save him from that emotional trauma, he was told that he "lost his parents", which he did, albeit figuratively. Therefore, in later chapters, we might see the truth being brought to light, and the cost one has to pay for hiding it. Of course, this is all speculation, but it would make for a compelling narrative in this otherwise wonderful fuckfest.

"Losing your parents" doesn't necessarily mean they would be dead, now it leaves this question to the plot of the story, if MC "lost his parents" just because they weren't so close and ended up leaving. Let's see if this will be explained better in later chapters.

I don't know what there is to improve, in chapter 9 in the sex scene with Kylee and Mia on the beach, you could see the absurd difference in the animations, the bodies colliding (ass and breasts), very convincing.

No, we know for sure that mc's father is dead, but when doctor who treated mc from thallium poisoning asked about mc's mother, Davie replied that she had simply disappeared. So, she's alive and i would really love to see her coming back in game with a huge sense of guilt and desire to do anything to restore the lost relations with her son.
Why did she leave her son? In my opinion it was not just a simple thallium poisoning.
I think mc's father was killed and his mother ran away so that she wouldn't be killed too.

There is 1 scene in the game that I think is funny and it actually makes you think. In the scene where everyone went to the beach and the MC and Stephanie are at the store. They are in the changing room and having "fun". IDK if anyone else has seen this or not but, whose hand is this if the MC's hands are grabbing Stephanie's hips and Stephanie's hands are on her shins?

I definitely want the main character's biological mother to appear in the next chapters, but... how will she explain that she was gone for so many years, where did she disappear to, and why did she abandon her son, I don't even know how it will be presented, and of course there will be a moment with the mother's attempt to ask for forgiveness... and knowing Xenorav, he can give the option of "Forgive/accept back or Unforgive/do not accept back into his heart and family", or maybe, like in many other chapters, just not give the option and instead of us independently choose our own option (which suits the plot and the one that he wrote himself), where you want or do not want, but forgive/do not forgive your mother. But since forgiveness and the introduction of a second MILF (mother) into the game will have a positive effect on his game, which will give more possible diverse scenes until the end of the game, and more variations of choice for the player, "which mother do you want to see with you at the end, Amelie? Your biological mother? Or both?" Ah, so many thoughts, and all of them may be irrelevant =)
