But why does he need to do that though? I think the real issue with not enough supporters is due to the inconsistencies of his releases.
Nice renders, passable story lines, but the inconsistent releases prevents more subs/supporters.

He has 1,257 Patreons and is making $3,000 to $9.000 a month.

To make games on RenPy, some ancient Atari is enough. You need good hardware to make high-quality renders.
What if 'He' uses the renders that already exist in the game?
He doesn't want to publish the game anywhere, just as a fun side project while waiting for his university enlistment
He played the 0.1v of this game and saw that many panels were reused in the 1.5v when the format changed from Sandbox to VN.
He has some sort of Outline about how he should proceed.

I meant to say, what if he extracted the game assets to use it for personal use. The renders that are already in the game. he Will not publish anything online. all the things will be in pc
