I'm not 100% sure. I don't recognize exactly where they're from but the way Amelie's face is rendered in the first image makes me think that it's probably from Heart Problems v0.1. It was an early sandbox version of the game that Xenorav initially started out with before scrapping it in favor of a Visual Novel style. Either way, those are renders from very early in the Development of Heart Problems.
