For anyone struggling with Noelle and basically letting you start to begin with. I apologize in advance if I missed anything.
1. Talk to the priest (green dude) in the starting area. Then head left, which leads you to the center of the entire game.
2. Go up and interact with the rock, it shows the pathway of an area you'll head to soon.
3. Talk to Asgore, then Noelle. She'll ask if you can help her with the gifts.
4. The grey things across the whole game are what you need to keep in mind. You won't be able to get them all at once.
5. Talk to the yellow cat building a snowman. It will ask you to find something to help it finish its snowman.
6. Go to the far left area for the grey thing and take it back to the cat.
7. After the cat finishes with the snowman, interact with the snowman specifically so you can get the knife.
8. Head to the far left area where you got the grey bit and follow the footsteps in the snow. The pathway is the same one shown by the rock earlier.
9. You'll see Berdly once you make it to the cave. Interact with the runes behind him and it will let you go through.
10. Keep walking straight till you find a tablet that will finally let you do lewd actions. You will get a new display that shows 3 pink incomplete bars of Noelle, Torie, and Undyne.
11. Go back to Noelle and interact with her. From there, just keep walking back and forth to different areas to find Noelle over and over again till her bar is filled up. If you stop seeing her around, that means she's in the Inn by the stairs!
12. After the stairs event, she will be located in the left room of the Inn. You're very close at this point. You'll need a key.
13. The key is located in the lobby of the Inn. Click around the front desk to get it.
14. Go back to Noelle and finally finish her route. You'll get a series of sex scenes out of it.
